Bridge Apps AI ("Bridge Apps AI," "we," "us," or "our") develops and operates mobile applications, games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Services.
This policy applies to Bridge Apps AI Services that link to it. A specific app or service may provide an additional privacy notice describing practices unique to that product. If a product-specific notice conflicts with this policy, the product-specific notice controls for that product.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on the Service you use, the features you access, your device settings, and the permissions you grant.
Information You Provide
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Contact information, such as your name and email address, when you contact support, submit feedback, or communicate with us.
- Communications and support information, including the contents of messages, screenshots, diagnostic details, and other information you choose to provide.
- Account or profile information if a future Service offers user accounts.
- Transaction-related information if you purchase a product or service. Payments made through an app store or payment provider are processed by that provider, and we generally do not receive your complete payment-card information.
- Survey, contest, promotion, or beta-testing responses if you choose to participate.
Information Collected Automatically
Depending on the Service and the technologies it uses, we or our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, browser type, language, time zone, IP address, and general network information.
- Identifiers, such as an app-instance identifier, device identifier, advertising identifier, or similar identifier, where permitted by your settings and applicable law.
- Usage information, such as screens viewed, features used, interactions, session activity, game progress, ad interactions, and approximate timestamps.
- Diagnostics and performance information, such as crash reports, error logs, loading times, and other technical data.
- Approximate or coarse location inferred from information such as an IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a Service clearly requests permission and explains why it is needed.
- Advertising information, such as ad impressions, clicks, reward completion, and information used to measure advertising performance or prevent fraud.
- Website information collected through cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits ("SDKs"), and similar technologies.
Information Stored Locally
Some Services may save settings, preferences, or progress only on your device. Unless a product-specific notice states otherwise, locally stored information is not transmitted to Bridge Apps AI. Removing the app, clearing its data, or changing devices may delete locally stored information.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from:
- App stores and distribution platforms, such as Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Advertising, analytics, hosting, crash-reporting, customer-support, and security providers.
- Payment processors and commerce platforms.
- Publicly available sources or business partners, where permitted by law.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Save preferences, support gameplay, and enable requested features.
- Respond to questions, support requests, feedback, and communications.
- Diagnose errors, monitor performance, prevent crashes, and improve reliability.
- Measure usage, understand how features perform, and develop new products or features.
- Display, personalize, measure, and manage advertising where applicable.
- Provide rewarded advertising features, such as optional in-app hints or benefits.
- Process transactions and maintain transaction records.
- Protect the Services, users, and others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity.
- Enforce our terms, policies, and legal rights.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information based on one or more of the following:
- Performance of a contract: to provide features or Services you request.
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, analyze, and improve our Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: where you grant permission, such as for certain advertising, tracking, cookies, notifications, or device features. You may withdraw consent where permitted.
- Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and enforceable governmental requests.
- Protection of vital interests or public interest: where applicable and legally permitted.
4. Advertising, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
Some Bridge Apps AI Services are supported by advertising and may use third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob. These providers may collect or receive device information, identifiers, approximate location, usage information, ad interactions, and diagnostics to provide ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, detect fraud, and improve their services.
Depending on your device, region, and choices, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized. On Apple devices, a Service may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing information used to track activity across other companies' apps and websites. You may deny or later change this permission in your device settings. On Android and other platforms, you may be able to reset or limit advertising identifiers through device settings.
Our websites may use cookies, local storage, analytics, or similar technologies. You can control some of these technologies through browser settings, consent tools, device settings, and provider-specific controls. Disabling them may affect some features.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some disclosures to advertising partners may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where required, you may opt out through available device or consent controls or by contacting us.
Third-party providers process information under their own policies. For example:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google advertising controls: https://myadcenter.google.com/
- Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information:
- To service providers: companies that provide hosting, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, communications, customer support, payment processing, security, and similar services.
- To app stores and platforms: when needed to distribute, operate, support, or monetize a Service.
- For legal and safety reasons: when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce agreements.
- During business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
- With your direction or consent: when you ask us to disclose information or otherwise consent.
- In aggregated or de-identified form: where information cannot reasonably identify you.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own purposes except as described in this policy, a product-specific notice, or with your consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting users, and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods depend on the type of information, why it was collected, whether it is sensitive, applicable legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you. Information stored only on your device remains there until you delete it, clear app data, or remove the app.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where supported, data minimization, and limiting access to people and providers with a business need.
No system, transmission method, or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and account credentials, if any.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Know whether we process your personal information and receive information about our practices.
- Request access to or a copy of personal information we maintain about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information.
- Request restriction of or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Request portability of certain information.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, or certain profiling.
- Appeal a decision regarding a privacy request where applicable.
- Lodge a complaint with a data-protection or regulatory authority.
- Receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To submit a privacy request, email suppport@bridgeappsai.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Describe your request and the Service involved. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
Because some Services do not require accounts and certain information is processed only by third parties or stored locally on your device, we may not be able to identify or retrieve information connected to you.
You may also use:
- Device privacy and advertising settings.
- App Tracking Transparency settings on Apple devices.
- Advertising ID and ad-personalization settings on Android devices.
- Browser cookie and privacy settings.
- Unsubscribe links in marketing emails, where applicable.
9. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, profiling, and the sale or sharing of personal information.
Depending on the Service, categories of personal information we may have collected include identifiers, internet or electronic activity, approximate location, commercial information, and inferences. We collect these categories from users, devices, service providers, app stores, and business partners for the purposes described in this policy.
We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some advertising-related disclosures may qualify as selling, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain state laws. You may submit an opt-out request by emailing suppport@bridgeappsai.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request." Where legally required and technically supported, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals.
We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under applicable law.
10. International Data Transfers
Bridge Apps AI is based in the United States. If you use the Services from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. These countries may have privacy laws different from those in your country.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. You may contact us for more information about applicable safeguards.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact suppport@bridgeappsai.com. We will review the request and take appropriate steps, which may include deleting the information.
Some jurisdictions provide additional protections for teenagers or require a higher minimum age for consent. We comply with applicable requirements and may limit certain features, including personalized advertising, based on age or region.
If Bridge Apps AI launches a Service directed to children, that Service will provide an appropriate product-specific children's privacy notice and obtain parental consent where required.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to or integrate services operated by third parties. We do not control third-party privacy or security practices. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before using third-party services.
13. Automated Decision-Making
Bridge Apps AI does not currently use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals. Advertising and analytics providers may use automated systems to select, measure, or personalize ads according to their own policies and your choices.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, technologies, or legal obligations. We will post the updated policy and revise the "Last updated" date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before material changes take effect.
